Order Tracking
When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions regarding your order please email us at hello@mysappho.com and include your order number in the subject of your email. Please allow 1-2 business days for a reply.
Out of stock items
Should an item be out of stock, we will adjust the online order to reflect the absence of the item as well as its cost will be refunded. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for your credit card provider to show refund on your account.
Returns & Refunds

Please make sure you have the right shades before you order. We want to help save our Earth!
If your item was mis-shipped you can return the product and we will assume all costs. Kindly note that open cosmetics products must be discarded for safety.
1. Send us an email with your order number in the title to hello@mysappho.com.
2. Please make a copy of your invoice and keep for your records.
3. The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date on your invoice, and the product must be in its original packaging. Multiple exchanges will not be allowed.
4. We will provide return address upon notification of error and approval to return.
Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of returned items to process a return and credit your account. It can take up to 7-14 business days for your credit card provider to show refund on your account.
